Jesus’ ascension wasn’t the end; it was the beginning!  It wasn’t a step back; it was a huge step forward!  The same one who died on the cross for our sins here on earth now sits at God’s right hand in heaven, making sure all the events of the universe turn out for our spiritual and eternal good.

Jesus wants his brand of truly selfless, unconditional love to flow into this world through Christians – because when it does, the world gets a glimpse at the very heart of God himself.

In a dark, twisted, and confusing world, Jesus is the best Shepherd and guide that we could ever have.
